This acceptable usage policy, AUP, applies to all hosting customers of One Solution Studio LLC. One Solution Studio LLC. reserves the right to change any part or all of this AUP at any time without prior notice.

One Solution Studio LLC. reserves the right to discontinue or deny access, without any prior notice, to anyone who violates the terms and/or restrictions set forth on this page. General Policies
Unacceptable uses of your account include, but are not limited to: Bulk e-mailing, unsolicited e-mailings, spam site advertising, newsgroup spamming, illegal content, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, warez, cracks, software serial numbers, online gambling, and/or anything else determined by us to be unacceptable use of One Solution Studio LLC. services.

Prohibited Activities
1) Mass Emailing by anyone through the One Solution Studio LLC. network is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. This includes ANY of the email address's hosted by One Solution Studio LLC.

2) Resale or giving away of One Solution Studio LLC. products and services without the express prior written consent by One Solution Studio LLC., unless you are an authorized reseller.

3) The running of any malicious software on the One Solution Studio LLC. network, including but not limited to viruses, Trojans, crackers, or worms.

4) Any kind of network monitoring done on the One Solution Studio LLC. network without written consent by One Solution Studio LLC. is also strictly prohibited.

5) Any sending of any information to One Solution Studio LLC. or any other internet network in the attempt to disrupt that network.

6) Providing One Solution Studio LLC. with false or incorrect data on the order form including but not limited to name, address, phone number and/or credit card number.

7) Utilizing the One Solution Studio LLC. network to access IRC or use IRC bots.

8) Access other networks and abusing their resources from the One Solution Studio LLC. network such as sending emails or news postings through another networks server.

9) Utilizing the One Solution Studio LLC. network and/or any One Solution Studio LLC. resources to promote or display nudity, raciest, adult, explicit, or sexually related websites. One Solution Studio LLC. reserves the right to decide which content falls in to this category and which do not.

10) The usage of more than 30% of One Solution Studio LLC. network by any one site at any given time.

Responsibility
As a user on the One Solution Studio LLC. network you are responsible for all of the information and/or data pertaining to your account. This includes taking responsibility for all the material on your site and stored in your account to ensure that is does not violate and local, state, federal, or international laws.

One Solution Studio LLC. makes no guarantee of the security and/or privacy of the information either stored on the One Solution Studio LLC. technology or transmitted through the One Solution Studio LLC. network and makes no guarantee that any other entity will be included and/or excluded from the One Solution Studio LLC. network. One Solution Studio LLC. staff may also periodically monitor the transmissions on the One Solution Studio LLC. network for maintenance and/or service quality assurance.

Should anyone violate any aspect of this AUP your account may be terminated at the discretion of the One Solution Studio LLC. staff without notice and without refund.
