One Solution Studio LLC. provides internet World Wide Web page hosting and DNS hosting services. WT has certain legal and ethical responsibilities regarding the use of its computer network and equipment involved in these services.
One Solution Studio LLC. general policy is to act as a neutral provider of access to the global Internet. One Solution Studio LLC. reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customers access to any or all services provided by One Solution Studio LLC. when One Solution Studio LLC. decides that the account has been used inappropriately.
Use of Our Servers
Web sites accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Customers are not permitted to resell, store, or give away web hosting services off of their web site to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, personal ads, and reseller accounts.
Unauthorized Use of Other People's Accounts or Computers
One Solution Studio LLC. will strongly react to any use or attempted use of an internet account or computer without the owner's authorization. Such attempts include tricking other people into releasing their passwords, password cracking, security hole scanning etc... Any unauthorized use of accounts or computers by a One Solution Studio LLC. customer, whether or not the attacked account or computer belongs to One Solution Studio LLC., will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, according to the seriousness of the attack.
Commercial Advertisements with E-mail - Spamming
Unsolicited commercial advertisements are not allowed in e-mail, and will result in account suspension or cancellation. Commercial advertisements are not welcome in most Usenet discussion groups and by most email users. Inappropriate postings may result in account suspension or cancellation. Spamming, or sending a message to many different off-topic newsgroups, is unethical and will be treated as such. The use of One Solution Studio LLC.'s email servers to distribute spam emails is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Any user causing One Solution Studio LLC.'s network, in whole or in part, to be listed on any blacklists and/or ban lists shall have their account terminated without notice. One Solution Studio LLC. will also not tolerate any website on the One Solution Studio LLC. network to be advertised in the form of spam for any reason. This includes spam that is not sent via One Solution Studio LLC.'s mail servers.
About Unlimited Disk Space and Bandwidth
One Solution Studio LLC. does not offer unlimited bandwidth like some other providers. The numerous providers who say they offer unlimited bandwidth are actually telling you a false statement. If you read the fine print, "Unlimited bandwidth means you may not use more then 10% of our resources". This usually means they cut you off at 50 megabytes per day. We won't do that. You get exactly what you pay for. Therefore we do not offer unlimited bandwidth. If you go over your allocated bandwidth limit there will be additional fees applied to your account as defined on the "Account Add-ons" page on our website. One Solution Studio LLC. will so not allow resellers of One Solution Studio LLC.'s services to advertise unlimited disk space or bandwidth due to the unnecessary stress put on the service by advertising such claims. These claims are proven to be false and will not be allowed.
Payment Policies & Billing Procedures
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment. One Solution Studio LLC. reserves the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due each anniversary month or period following the date the account was established. All account payments must be made is U.S. dollars. If 7 days have passed and payment has not been posted, the account will be suspended until further notice. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies One Solution Studio LLC. to request termination of services. Should an account remain suspended due to non-payment of service, the account and the content will be deleted without notice to the customer. Suspended usera must pay all outstanding balances before the account will be unsuspended. The outstanding balance can be found for suspended users by logging into the control panel when your account is suspended. All suspended accounts are subject to a $10 account reactivation fee before the account will be reactivated.
3rd Party Scripts/Programs
One Solution Studio LLC. provides one touch installs for many scripts publically available on the internet, however we do not support these scripts. All 3rd party scripts such as phpBB2, OsCommerce, and CGI scripts are supported by thier creators. One Solution Studio LLC. simply does not have the resources to support every 3rd party script on the internet. This includes, but is not limited to, technical support, installations, and upgrades of these 3rd party scripts. One Solution Studio LLC. is happy to look at any 3rd party script for a customer to determine if there would be problems installing the script on One Solution Studio LLC. servers, however One Solution Studio LLC. will not install the script or customize the script for you due to resource restrictions as well as liability issues.
Data Backups
One Solution Studio LLC. understands that sometimes accidents happen and that hardware does fail from time to time. Due to the fact that these unfortunate events happen, One Solution Studio LLC. performs daily backups of all customer's data. These backups are for the use of One Solution Studio LLC. to recover customer's data in the event of a hardware failure or other disaster. Even though One Solution Studio LLC. provides daily backups of all customer's data, One Solution Studio LLC. still recommends that each customer make a separate backup of their data on their own machine. One Solution Studio LLC. will not be held responsible for data loss due to customer negligence in terms of failure to back up their own data.
Account Cancellation
One Solution Studio LLC. reserves the right to cancel a customers service at any time. If cancellation is caused by the customers violation of these policies, no refund is due. Customers may cancel service at any time, however no refund is due. Due to security reasons One Solution Studio LLC. customers may only cancel thier account by logging into the control panel and using the "Cancel Account" link from the billing menu. Cancellation emails sent to any One Solution Studio LLC. email address will not be considered valid due to the inability to verify a user's identity. Cancellations via phone will also not be accepted.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
One Solution Studio LLC. does offer a 30 day money back guarantee to its shared hosting customers. This money back guarantee is honored under any circumstances unless the account was cancelled or terminated by One Solution Studio LLC. staff OR the account has used more then 10% of the resources assigned to the account. Under those conditions the 30 day money back guarantee becomes null and void. The 30 day money back guarantee is a no questions asked guarantee, to excersize your right to this guarantee please click "Money Back" in the control panel. The money back guarantee is not available for dedicated server customers.
Lawful Purpose
One Solution Studio LLC. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use One Solution Studio LLC. servers for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any federal, state or local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. One Solution Studio LLC. expressly forbids anyone from using One Solution Studio LLC. servers for the propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in any way lewd, obscene, satanic materials. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of the One Solution Studio LLC. management.
Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold One Solution Studio LLC. harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against One Solution Studio LLC., its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless One Solution Studio LLC. against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with One Solution Studio LLC.'s servers; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from One Solution Studio LLC.'s servers.

One Solution Studio LLC. will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. One Solution Studio LLC. makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. One Solution Studio LLC. disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, hardware failure, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by One Solution Studio LLC. and its employees. One Solution Studio LLC. reserves the right to revise its policies at any time with or without prior notice to our customers.
