Jefferson Center’s website was in dire need of a redesign and a complete overhaul of its existing hierarchy and organization to provide a smoother, modern user experience. After years of being in service, the structure of the website and content became unwieldy and unmanageable. One Solution Studio initiated a complete content audit and came up with an information architecture strategy to strike a balance between a logical layout for the user journey and the business’s overarching goals.
